Know that the Lord has set apart the godly for Himself; the Lord hears when I call to Him. – Psalm 4:3

How amazing and comforting that the Lord hears us when we call:
- When God says He hears us, it means He listens.
- When God says He hears us, it means He understands us.
- When God says He hears us, it means we are important to Him.
- When God says He hears us, it means He is going to do something about it.

Our prayers are not just empty words or sounds drifting into the air. Each word we speak is precious to our Heavenly Father. This truth should encourage us and fill us with peace, knowing that He treasures our prayers. It should also stir us to draw near to Him and talk to Him often.
