So let your heart be fully devoted to the Lord our God, as it is this day, to walk in His statutes and to keep His commandments. – 1 Kings 8:61

Take a moment to reflect on the blessings the Lord has given you.

Think about the times He cared for a specific need, answered a desperate prayer, or poured out His grace during a season of difficulty. Can you recall when you first experienced His love and forgiveness, when His Word became alive to you, and when the power of His resurrection touched your heart?

The First Moment of Faith

Each of us has a personal story of coming to Jesus. For some, it brought joy, for others relief, and for many a deep sense of freedom. While our experiences may differ, we all share that beautiful moment of acceptance. It was the time when God’s love became real, and our hearts responded with sincere passion and faith.

Living in the Joy of His Grace

God calls us not only to remember that first moment of faith but also to carry it with us each day. We are not meant to stand still in the past but to keep rejoicing in His grace as we walk with Him. The joy, relief, and freedom we first experienced are meant to remain alive in us as we grow deeper in our devotion to Christ.

Holding On to Our First Love

Though we cherish that first encounter with Jesus, His love continues to overwhelm us daily. We are called to live humbly, joyfully, and passionately devoted to Him. That initial spark of faith becomes a lasting flame, one that lights our journey and keeps us close to the heart of our Savior.
