The relationship we have with Him is a treasure that time cannot diminish.
How can we choose what lasts forever?
Choosing Christ above everything else does not mean we abandon our responsibilities or ignore the blessings God provides. Instead, it means placing Him at the very center of our lives. Our careers, families, and possessions become gifts to steward rather than treasures to worship.
As we seek Jesus each day through prayer, Scripture, and faithful obedience, our perspective begins to change. The things that once seemed essential lose their grip, while the joy of walking with Christ grows stronger. His presence becomes our greatest reward, and His kingdom becomes our highest pursuit.
Philippians 3:7 reminds us that nothing compares to knowing Jesus. Every earthly gain eventually passes away, but the love of Christ remains forever. When we treasure Him above all else, we possess a hope, peace, and joy that will never fade.
